    I am creating a warez blog .
    I will use filesonic and wupload to promote .
    I can't decide what to choose , PPS or PPD .

    Start with PPD. Check your stats after a week/month. Then decide for yourself.

    u should use fsc or wu for pps but u cant earn from rebills your premium sale rate wii decreasing timely...

    I suggest you try out PPD first, then after you've made a steady stream of downloads you can switch to PPS.
