I want to make my way into the warez scene, and build off of something established and something already earning.

Requirements:

-Movies,Porn, PSP, Games, whatever your niche it dont matter.
-I'd prefer that it have a forum-base and/or user-base
-WCDDL or have a running cms
-vbulletin or ipb
have good revenue!

Budget: mid $xxx to-low $xxxx
