Was looking to order, anyway I could contact you had some questions.

Also when I went to order it asked me to register a new site or that I would update my name servers. If registering a new site where's the cost for that? It just gives me the basic checkout

It's only possible to update your nameservers at the moment, you need a domain with a registar such as namecheap.com, domain.com, godaddy.com, etc.
