Are they good for domains that uses warez? I mean, I have whois privacy but do they send my info if I got any DCMA?

What are ways I can avoid this?

well any registrar would have to give away your info with the proper Court order papers.

But namecheap.com seems to be good when it comes to warez and domains because unlike godaddy they wont take away your domain for dmca's

You can view people's information for free unless they have WhoisGuard.

internet.bs will theoretically need a bahamas court order to give away your private / billing information.
