    Default Need Some Help in Paypal

    Hello

    I have added a visa to my paypal account

    and i have seen this massage :
    We're sorry - we could not transfer your available balance to your preferred card or bank account. Please correct this problem by 8/29/2011 to make sure you can continue to receive and withdraw payments.
