    If we file a complaint on you for $1000, you pay, I get $600, they get $400, easy cash if you ask me, and most companies will take less % because they don't want to deal with is, so they pay the company to do it.
    Why would anyone doing something illegal try to sue anyone who sent them a dmca by mistake? Kinda like asking for it really.

    Because sending a invalid dmca complaint is illegal and deems to a lawsuit if the person would want to do it, who cares what it was for, if the copyright holder didn't say anything I doubt any others would.
