business & online surfing, well if what you need for your business can run on a linux system just get a basic laptop that fills your needs but Ubuntu LTS on it and it's fast as foook

get a HP core i3 laptop with 3-4gb ram. enough for u. or get a acer aspire one netbook if you are looking for small .
