Dot Needs Help ASAP

ok heres my issue, im not sure whats causing it or anyway to fix it so i need youre help or opinions.

everything was fine before but now for some reason i cannot view any of my sites hosted on my shared server or sites hosted with the same server like warez-centre.com

my sites are
http://sharkz.in
http://mp3.sharkz.in

cannot view cpanel or any of my sites and cannot connect to ftp.

was downloading a backup when this started.

its not that my sites arnt up because with proxy i can see my sites and ppl keep telling me theyre up. just from my home computers i get the "error this site cannot be found" page. tried several browsers.


any thoughts?ideas?

Maybe the backup was so large in size, that the server thought you were trying to Ping of Death(lmao) them or just too much data being transfered at once or something stupid like that, and maybe they IP banned you.

Try contacting your host about any possible IP blockage.

thanks, still waiting on reply from host. sent them my ip and was asking to be added to an exclusion list. i was locked out of cpanel before because i forgot the pass and tried twice, apparently the servers on like super lockdown security or something

anyone had this happen to them before?

yup, me with hostbeyond becoz my ftp client was sending too many connection requests at same time

I've had something similar happen, the firewall probably blocked your IP.

i was downloading my /mp3 directory at the time thru ftp and i know this server has a ton of security so its probably blocking my ip im going to try and release and renew it and see if that does it then wait till monday for my host to return my email.

thanks to all who helped with theyre opinons and im just glad to know that my sites are still up and im not hacked
