@sahil when adding sitemap you have to submit xml or html files only.

Ex: sitemap.xml

dude i am using vb and it creates only one file xml_sitemap.gz

This problem which you are facing with your site-map is that when a crawler goes to crawl the data of that indexed it it take too much time to load some times it gives 404 Error. such type of errors create these Yellow indicators. just made the page load speed better of your forum. minimize redirects give images alt tag and put expiry date in your headers and images. some times this error also occurs due to the indexing of same topic more then once if that's the problem then delete the second indexed file. all this happens because
Some URLs in the Site-map have a high response time and Some URLs listed in this Site-map have a high response time. This may indicate a problem with your server or with the content of the page because the page loading speed is slow of your site.

These are some tools which might help you if you are using Firefox

Go to add-ons in fire fox & Install

1) Fire bug
2) page speed

add ons it will help you in finding your page speed errors
also go to
www.pagespeed.googlelabs.com to check the page speed of your site it will also tell you the errors.

and sahil one thing more that after making the page speed errors correct only resubmit those site-maps who gives yellow indications hope my answers will solve your problems
