Well, i had made 2 posts above showing the solution to the problem from the official vb site

Admin CP -> Settings -> Options -> Site Name / URL / Contact Details

Change your site URL to www.sitename.com
Make sure to include WWW before your site name

did that.

I think its a cookie problem.
Go to your cookie settings in vBulletin Options and tell me what you have set.

I was using vB Firewall.
when it was active, i couldnt open the cookie options under vBulletin options, since it was logged as a hacker activity!
i disabled it for now!
if the problem still persists, i'll keep the thread updated.
