Rating mod wont work :s

i imported the file to the module folder and added the sql as in the tutorial for it.

WCDDL encountered an error during execution:
mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource
		Line 89 in /home/neoddlne/public_html/modules/wcddl_sitestars.php

mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource
		Line 93 in /home/neoddlne/public_html/modules/wcddl_sitestars.php

that is the error i get when clicking on site stars in admin panel.


also i would like to know how to add it in the index, to display it
