My blog header not changing

Weird problem guys
Im unable to change my second blogs header , alhtough theres a header option i have uploaded an image of correct size and even of other site but still it doesnt shows at all

non of the banner is working

Do you have super cache plugin or something?? Sometimes it takes time to change if that plugin is enabled.

R U using some kind of cache plugin for your site?
if yes then empty your cache.

i have uninstalled the cashe plugin refreshed the site didnt worked at all
fliushed dns still not working :/
