Search Mod for Existing Topic?!

I search for a Mod that can Display Existing Topic if someone Create a new one.

Example

1.I will start new Topic

2.Type Topic Titel and then see the user if this Topic Exist?!

Did anyone know if exist a Mod Like this or any other solution for that?!
