How to remove user limit on windows RDP

Hi,

i get dedicated server "OS windows server 2008 R2" while a go, after when i create 3 user accounts two can login but at same time 3rd not able to login .. so i take look on internet after find "Universal Termsrv" but also not work but strange thing is that "Universal Termsrv" i use on other server is working... its same windows server 2008 r2 ........

i hope got my point..
if any one can help me to resolve that problem ... !!!
