    Get a Dell XPS 15z if it fits your budget, else Inspiron 17R seem decent.

    Damn, laptops are cheaper in US !!

    Emm well you didn't described your needs. If you need portability go for 13" or 14", Acer has timeline x models which has nvidia, ati video cards enough for gaming and they claim that battery holds up to 8 hours... So that good deal.
    Anyway start from i3 processors with turbo. Don't look at hard drives, you can anytime replace it cheaply with 7200rpm or ssd, or hybrid...
    Do not buy comp with more ram, buy with latest ddr3 slot, you can sell old ones and buy new with good latency.
    Decide which monitor you need gloss or matt!
    If you found model which almost agrees with your criteria always check in google about reviews and problems, because lots of them have huge spec but in real they are really problematic and crap....
    Hope this helps

    sony = expensive (+ no d_t_r models)
    dell = heated as hell
    hp = should never make laptops
    lenovo = useless
    macbook = is a brick

    I'd like to recommend only Asus Roc, Alienware, XMG or MSI. O_fc top laptop models
