How do i see which files get deleted without checking every link manually?

Just saw 3 files got deleted (after copying a link and it appeared in jdownloader and it said offline, wouldnt have noticed otherwise). It says 0 deleted files on filesonic (probably only showing manually deleted or something).

Using broken links plugin on my wordpress blog but it cant see that the file is removed (only show broken links, since a filehost still show a "file deleted" page it still count as a working link).
One thing i could do is to write down all links to a text file and then check it in jdownloader or filesonics link checker page once in a while, but dont like that idea.
