its impossible to get 200MB/s on 1gbps port . What the screen showing is just burst speed calculation by FTP Client

Did you tried the unraring/raring speed ? Did you tried encoding a video ? Well I did and it sucked big time. It's not just the speed, as he has written encoding rdp then why it takes 1 hour to just encode a 24 min video ?
I tried to rar 1 GB file and it took 38 min while another rdp rar's 7 gb at same time with 5 users online. (Pm me if you want it's name)
I would have given screen shots here if I had taken any and when I logged in again my time was up. (time given was : 30 min)

@ii7Stryker , the server is from Evoswitch . Either from leaseweb or Rapidspeeds.
It looks like Dual server with 4 x 2TB sata. For getting good rar speeds ( when multiple users there) SAS drives Raid0/10 or Raid0 ( WD Black Disks) needed. These Evoswitch servers normally carry HP Disks @ 5200 rpm else Normal WD disks @ 7200rpm.

So whoever needs encoding, look for low space RDP with SAS disks Raid0/10
