Has anyone ever reached Platinum status in Bitshare? And if you reached there, then how fast was it to be there?

I've never reached that range but I do know that how fast to be there.

It's a second. That's true, pow. To gain a Platinum range is so easy. All you need to do is post reply in Bitshare official thread. Post like this "Hey Bitshare make me lifetime platinum please"

When Bitshare come online and see it, Bang, you will be promoted like a dream.

One thing that you should know, You will not know that when you will be demoted to bronze. To maintain the platinum range, you need to sale and sale and sale. If you cannot sale, you are useless to Bitshare and will be demoted.

I can't comment on if they do only give you silver rates, but I know they don't count all downloads for free users.

I tested it with 3 of my friends on a private file. I got 1 download count for 3 in the span of 3 hours.

To figure out if they charging you silver rates, just go to statistics and add up the # of downloads from each file size range and compare to the rates they post.

For me at least they did pay me platinum while I was Platinum, but that lifetime platinum is not so lifetime.
