At least Infract People making Fake Bids On Sales Threads

Hi, I have recently had two memebr s bid on sales thread then not actually buy what was for sale.. I think that there should be some kind of ban or penalty for this, firstly it ruins the thread and makes it look like the sale is already over, secondly I have just been banned from the chatbox for giving the person in questions shit... This should not be the case, I reported all the posts but nothing was done... He should of been at least temp banned before I had even a slight chance to give him shit in the chatbox... I'm not too bothered I will settle this outside of KWWH but if anyone should of been banned it should of been the fake bidder not me....

I stated in the shoutbox the next person to make an insult at someone else will get banned from the shoutbox for doing so. About 5 minutes later Yourself, iMage and CyberPrince were all back at it again. So everyone ignored my first warning, my second warning stated any indirect or slightest hint at a remark against someone else will result in a shoutbox ban (I even mentioned I'll give a minute for it to sink in). After this iMage managed to understand this clearly, then you started swearing at CyberPrince and kept saying you were going to attack his websites so I banned you from the shoutbox as I said I would. CyberPrince then asked what was going to happen about iMage so I said to him not even to mention iMage's username and everything has calmed down now.

If you completely ignored him and he carried on insulting you it would of made you look professional and mature and it would have been clear that CyberPrince deserved the ban, yet you did not do this and you both carried on quarrelling.

CyberPrince and roadrunner are going to be monitored by the members of staff for anything like this behaviour again. I have not ignored what you have said and I take it seriously. I also said to you if they ever do anything like this again it'll result in an infraction. And what happens after that is for a later date. I removed both of their bids from your thread so I don't see what the remaining problem is, you can carry on with the sale and know to avoid these two people in the future.

I understand what you are saying but he was laughing about it infront of you and others for a long time... Its in short a piss take. All this has achived is showing people that they can get away with such things with no action. As I said I will settle this in my own way away from KWWH to teach the little c*nt a lesson.

If he had of just said "sorry my mistake" from the start instead of ignoring me until he was pretty much forced to reply then laughing about his trolling actions I would of left it long ago and simply asked for the bids to be removed. TBH I'm not that assed over a sub $10 domain sale, its just the principle of the matter.

PS: I took the sale to another site after reporting the posts long ago and realising there would be no action taken, I just wanted to hear what he had to say about it, which was nothing other than a big "fuck you I ruined your sales thread and its caused nobody any hassle but you".

im sorry SP but i have to agree, he was basically laughing in Devs face over ruining his sales thread, making a big joke of it and telling him to F off... This isnt the first occasion that CyberPrince has done this, or similar actions around the forum. I beleive he should at least be infracted even though you cleaned his nonsense bids on the sales thread an infraction should have followed it as well. As from his replys in the shoutbox after Dev was CB Banned just make him think he can do anything he likes, and saying things like "ban me and i will just tell Mindy" also shows the same disregard for the rules around here imo

edit: i am not arguing one way or the other against Deviance being banned, as he was warned, as was i.. but CP did continue on me as well after the fact as well

I can't ban someone for doing something in the past that I never witnessed and I wasn't a moderator before today. I had no proof that CyberPrince didn't want to buy the site. For all I know he could of wanted to buy the site then roadrunner outbid him so he spent his money elsewhere. As roadrunner was the last person to bid the blame should lay on him. The thread got bumped when I cleaned it and new potential bids were eligible. There wasn't any reason why you would of had to take the sale elsewhere. Obviously I understand your frustration and I'm going to be watching CyberPrince and roadrunner to do something similar to this and if they do they'll receive the appropriate punishment.

Show me a print screen of CyberPrince hinting or directly saying that he bidded on your thread to be an ass then I'll infract him and if he does it again he'll receive a ban. Or if roadrunner was doing it to troll you, you'll have some sort of indication that he did for troll reasons which means you'll have some sort of proof. If I just started infracting everyone with no proof the place would be a mess. If you have anything more to say send me a message. I'm trying to be fair.
