Simple Html script/prog

so i'm trying to find someone that can code a simple program or script that should do this:

1) i provide some links like
video.part1.rar (RS)
video.part2.rar (RS)
video.part1.rar (MU)
video.part2.rar (MU)
2) it must gives me this html simple code
Rapidshare: CD1 - CD2
Megaupload: CD1 - CD2
with cd1 and cd2 clickable links.

i will use many more hosts, so i will tell you wich to add
