Is this a warez hosting or not ? :S

Well, I was looking here in hosting section, all the providers allow warez linking, but doesn't allow warez hosting.

How about image hosting sites ? Is that considered as warez or not ?

I'm asking that because I'm making a wordpress blog, and I want all the pictures to be stored on my server, but hey, that sounds like a warez hosting

I think images would be allowed for sure

Warez Hosting means hosting illegal files in the server like download links in the server

maybe, but, pictures like pictures from brazzers, with brazzers logo are copyrighted, and that is a warez. The only question is, does they tolerate that ?

I've been looking for info on whether screenshots of releases are counted as warez.

Surely alot of the box covers and logos fall under fair use.

Why dont u ask a hosting provider, they will tell you for sure.

Then the question is whether in my jurisdiction I have to take notice of American copyright law.

For example we are allowed to ignore DMCA takedown requests.

They will tolerate that,that's not that much important like linking to their movies
