Download/Upload videos at high speeds.

Hi, iv used sborg before, but sborg doesn't seem to work with putlocker, and iv never tried it with userporn so i was wondering if there's a way for me to download videos from fileserve/filesonic then upload them to putlocker and userporn.
I really need something with at least a 100mbps connection because if i download and upload from my home network my speeds are slow which means i the only thing i can use my web for is surfing and my DL/UL aren't to fast there only 20mbps/3.5mbps
