CHMOD error

hi all ,

i have chmod problem here, some times when my user download the files its work but sometimes its getting error,

File osleech.com_ cannot be saved in directory /
Try to chmod the folder to 777.
Try again

i found that messages, any way to resolve this thing ?

then try to chmod the folder, or chown the folder to the webserver username !

Use FTP program to CHMOD your folder.

Its the Plugin Problem not the chmodding Problem...
