Vbulletin 4.13 Hover Problem in Layout Pls Help

Hello iam Using VB 4.13

I have search on this on Google but i find nothing

I have this Problem in Site Navigation?!

This is Normal




This is with mouse over(Hover)






Whats the right Template or CSS Setting to change this?!

If i go with Mouse over this Navigation it is white very stupid

I hope anyone can Help me
