Its kinda of unfair to the person buying because not everybody is gonna go google that host and research them especially people that are new webmasters.

^ Terms like those make 'unlimited storage' a real possibility.

So in any case, unlimited storage is no new concept. It's been the deal for a while now. It's up to the end user to properly research before going with a host. Kind of like you would do your research before buying something tangible. Hosting is no different.

#: 10 Gb Bandwidth can be used anyway you want. Remaining Bandwidth may only be used for data transfer by Site Owner. (1 IP allowed)

^: Free only for 1 month, for those who live in the Vatican.

Free hosting is not allowed, so you can remove that part from your title/offering.

The other 2 with conditions, sure you can. It's yourself that is going to look like a complete joke. It won't harm anyone that can read properly

P.S: Those 2 terms are usually hidden in the TOS which most people don't bother reading, but agree to.
