A bit expensive i know , the main reason is

1) The traffic is real human visitors , no iframe or bot traffic.

2) 100% adsense safe. The visitors most likey will click your adds , though i can not guarantee it.

3) Thease are targeted traffic , that means traffic comes from some targeted niche(keywords).

4) Source of the traffic is expired domains, mistyped domains .....

Though you can get cheap traffic from anywhere else but from me you will get 100% real human visitors , and from others most likely bot traffic

For me not, thats only for temporary.Nothing much different on my analytics after buy traffic visitor, my alexa ranking increase around 2k then turn to normal after end.
