I've read somewhere that the admin of alertpay.pk is having issues with withdrawing AP funds, so i doubt they'll be able to help you

http://alertexchanger.com is the one I've used a couple times to exchange between AP/LR. They also have AP -> WU. Try them out.

bro best is wire transfer 15$ is fees and while AP is chargng 20$ ...
I have conected my SCB accoutn with my AP account do wire transfer usuually get moeny with a week mostly in 4 or 5 days working days

I've used them multiple times for LR -> AP exchanges. And RT has used them multiple times for AP -> WU. They're very trusted/legit.
