SeedMonster.net has been in the Seedbox Industry for a year and half now and has always been known for the support it has provided to users. You didn't mention that you'll be charging another $15 for managed services. Also there are no way to opt for an unmanaged VPS.

As it has been clearly mentioned it's not a recurring discount but a one-time (first month) discount.
yes you can use ubuntu as your OS and i am really sorry we do not provide trail VPS account

We provide refund only within first 24 hours from the time you order.

Sorry it was a misconfiguration made in our billing software , we've taken care of it and now you can order with unmanaged service as well
