2) the VPS is from USA but if you need a service from Europe so you can check our shared hosting services(German Server) here: http://www.crunchhost.com/hosting.php

3) The VPS is unmanaged, but when you setup your account, you can set whether you need a Semi-Managed or a Fully-Managed VPS for extra fees.
