I set max connection up to 16 in Internet download manager. But when I downloading files from my own site, I only get 10 out of 16 connections. What could be wrong on my vps? Is that mean only 10 peoples can surfing my site at one time ? Wrong setup at httpd.conf or else ? Any idea ?

I'm using kloxo on Centos 32-bit vps, with 1gb dedicated ram burst to 2gb.
