@File post: just sign in (by the way if you can give free premium account would be great...username blackclouds)...and your host looks great....one suggestion give the option to choose if PPD or PPS...not a user has to earn 15 Dollars and then can choose to pass at PPS....anyway welcome here!!!...

Yes, you are right, a partner can choose PPS program once s/he reaches the minimum payout amount with PPD program - that is done to protect from carders and cheaters.
