I don't see how it could suck. You're getting free cached content at no expense to you.

I no sites that have used it in the past and it really sucks dude, would not recommend it.

What was the issue? Most things can be explained and/or have a fix.

I used cloudflare two days, my site was fast, but the problem is that was always down. And in many places I could not access the site. my review.

What do you mean you couldn't access the site?
