Nexus DDL submitting

Iv been submitting things to 3-4 ddl's and they all accept my links but nexus ddl doesn't or just takes a long time.
So how long does it usally take them to approve links?

^ they are still working out with new changes. When they complete out checking old submissions they would start accepting latest submissions quickly
