    1. Get a domain (Go for name.com or namecheap.com | or buy a .info domain ~$1.2 from Godaddy)
    2.Buy hosting or go for free hosting (ill recommend bytehost.com)
    3.Install a CMS (Wordpress Recommended !)
    4.Set the Nameservers on your Domain panel corresponding to your hosts Nameserver
