Well their site clearly states 100% money back, your best bet is to file a paypal dispute... you just have to record it properly.

Doesnt sound like an issue of KWWH to me at all. Your team left and you asked for a refund, you admitted for the slow speed issue he transffered you to France or whatever. Doesnt seem to be the problem of Intensecool, or KWWH to me. If you feel you were cheated somehow file a Paypal dispute and have tehm look into it then

It's not his issue your team "left you". But, you can always sell it to someone else for a cheaper price, at least get a few dollars back.
