Windows users can use SecureCRT if putty is giving any problems, but at the end you will like putty its compact!!

This won't make any difference to me as a Webmaster.. Seems like it's just added better support for a bigger range of functions. Nice to see they're still focusing on PuTTy though, love that tool.

I have not tried it myself, but I've read that a lot of people use PuTTY Connection Manager: http://puttycm.free.fr/cms/

It is only for Windows and requires .Net framework to be installed, which turns some people off.
