vb4.14 - Point Market System

I have the Point Market System installed and i try to access it on the site and it says: "you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."

How can I fix this?

Don't know how this plugin works since I never used it but maybe it requires permissions to be set even for administrators?

I have been looking all over and can't find a thing. iTrader does the same thing...

Is your admin account the USER ID 1 original account or an extra admin usergroup?

Did you look at Admin Cp>Vbulletin Options> "Plugin Name"

and look at the settings for any kind of permissions and stuff?

Yes i did. Both for iTrader and Point Market System
