I have $400 to spend but what should i buy with that amount of money should I buy a PC/Phone/or ? I am more interested in technology.
If a PC/Phone what kind ?
I am just curious of what would you buy that is all.
Or should i wait for something that is going to come out soon?.

If I had spent a 400$ PC, sooner or later I would regret it.

I would invest the money and then, buy a nice PC that would last for some time - or maybe being the investment freak I am, I would invest again lol
