Attachment problem!!!!!!!

I don't understand i can't upload more than 2mb files on my forum..
I did everything in root and other modification of Code for increasing of limit and it has increased , but there are some not changing at all .....



Nothing changed . i still have same problem

You have to change the max upload size and max post size in php.ini

Mostly located in /etc/php.ini

Then restart apache: service httpd restart

thats what bro i have done possibles edits even though no change ,
those two values are not changing , and i can't upload more than 2mb file
