Torrent Settings

Hello there,

I need some help about settings on my utorrent.

I have a 1GBPS RDP and I use it to download and seed torrents. But my seeding ratio seems to be very slow. Some experienced users can help me do the best settings to get good download and upload speeds from private trackers. If you like, you can post pics as well.
