this limit will be lifted when you have a vcc and verified it in your paypal. they will deduct 1.9$ to verify it and your limit will become 2000$ from zero. so thats how it works. so after that you can do online trading but your account still will be unverified means that u can withdraw money to your bank account.

u cant use money in paypal without verified paypal.so until u verify u cant send it anywhere.

no pal i use a unverified paypal and i use it online. so all u need is a vcc to make it up that level.
