My requirements as follows :

1.Should ignore DMCA notice.
2.Need unlimited traffic on 100mbps port
3.Any sorts of free panel installed
4.Can manage myself
5.Budget : $100-$110
6.Good uptime

for a public rl server you are going to need a decent cpu + decent size hdd. Your budget is to small for a dedicated server to run public rapidleech
