ERROR: Some of your DNS servers do not have A records at all. I could not find any A records for the following DNS servers:
ns1.servergalaxy.co.uk
ns2.servergalaxy.co.uk

You must have A records for all of your nameservers.

so where i create my A record plz help me and also tel i create a record in hosting panel or domain panel plz guide me

If this is shared hosting your provider/control panel should have done this automatically. If you need to do this yourself and you have cPanel see:

The IP will need to be the IP address of your webserver, ask your provider for more info...

When did you change your dns? How many hours ago?
