Cron Jobs - How to configure??

OK, so I have WP-Robot, and it doesn't really work correctly as the date is always messed up. Apparently some plugins conflict with it, but I dont have many plugins active, and to be honest I need them all.

WP-Robot has given me a URL which I can use to activate the cron job manually through my browser.

When I put that into Firefox, the posts are fetched.

In cPanel, I see that you can create cron jobs... Is there anyway that I could ask it to go to my URL once every hour??

Or have I got the wrong end of the stick?
What should I input to get this working?

To set a cronjob to run that URL every hour, use lynx as below

0 * * * * /usr/bin/lynx http://releasethread*****

or do create a simple cron job in cpanel

Indeed, it needs to be added from cPanel. I have stated the way the cron needs to be set so the posts are fetched
