    2 things.

There Might be a 24-28 hour cron set up where it resysncs the amount of data used.
    Or
Since you have Unlimited space, theres no need to show how much space you have used.

This is on my own VPS, I set it to unlimited space but the VPS has only 100gb. There is no cron set up on it, it has been displaying N/A for a few weeks now.

    1) Are quotas enabled on your VPS?
If not sure, ask your hosting company to enable quotas on your VPS.
    If yes, try

    /scripts/fixquotas
    2) If that doesn't make any difference, rename the "datastore" directory of your account i.e.

    mv /home/username/.cpanel/datastore /home/username/.cpanel/datastore_old
(where "username" is the actual username of the account) and run the above fixquotas script again.

    3) Also make sure all the files and directories of the account are under the users ownership and not under the root user ownership.
