ThemaPoster : Dynamic IP to Static IP

Hey all, I am facing a problem with my IP. I dont know much about this IP thing, i think my IP is dynamic ie the last 6 numbers are changing after restart. (I checked now).

Yesterday i bought themaposter used with my ID. Today I cant use it furthermore. Error

I think the problem is in IP
Is there any solution ?

okay, i think its priblem with IP.
When i loginto facebook it asks to name your new device.
i wii contacr freddy.

which means you charged back the amount therefore
you have been banned...
