what software i need to send auto post to forums?

Hello, first sorry for my english i hope people will understand me.
So i need some software to send auto post to one forum(phhBB) what i mean is: for exam i will creat 24 posts and i want this soft to send on every 1hr 1 post but this have to be auto, one friend tell me multiposter 5 can`t send auto, must send manual is that true ?
again i will send only to one forum and it`s phpBB, what is the cheapest way for me, what soft i need ?

well the guy was me RapidShare, but he want one tool which will autopost to the forum he wants at the specified time, he want to "Reply to that thread" not post a new thread

i don't think its possible with multiposter cause its a manual you need to hit the button of "distribute new threads" to forums but he wants auto like he will set a time to post/reply to the thread at that time

as far as i know themaposter can do it? or not
