If you want to own everything, you'll need to invest heavily into all the hardware required to make a network that's of good enough quality to sell.

Alternatively, you can rent out dedicated servers from already established providers, and use software to split the server into nodes, virtual private servers and re-sell them for profit.

Go get a server from 100tb.com or from any leaseweb resellers with linux if u wish to provide rl or windows if u wish to provide rda. Well u wont get anything for so cheap
