How to change language on my theme.

Hello everyone...I downloaded Leetpress theme from the web,it's a gaming theme and I would like to change the language on things like : Latest News,Latest comments etc which are attached on the theme and are not plugins(so I could find a translation).
I have also installed wordpress in my language but nothing seems to change except the date.
Can someone help me?

this just helps your readers translate the language of ur site to their choice using Google Translator.

Thanks man, but I don't think that will help me.I think I have to change some lines in the theme's code but I don't know which are they...
I hope someone could figure this out...

log in to your wp dashboard > appearance > widgets >you will find the widgets you are using in your sidebar

click in the arrow at the right of every widget and put your desired tittle
