    No...
I was dismissed in May, 2011
I was caught by police with my salary+dismissal payment in June, 2011.

I was not notified about criminal case opening the time period for which is limited but it can be reopened during a few years. The exact period depends on charges which I cannot classify because they were not presented to me

But the fact that I was caught by police means that police has opened against me operative tracking activity. I was not notified about its end (by the law, suspect should be informed about the end iof police tracking n written) and the latter has no time limit by law at all.

It is my constitutional right to defend me by all possible means that are not illegal
    (publications in media included).
BTW, since I am not officially notified about charges (having only threats of ex-employers through internet publications), I cannot legally defend me

And I shall be doing this as long as I shall be prosecuted.
I had not started this and it is not in my power to end unilaterally

Dude all your topics are very hard reading.

If you have been arrested for something to do with this company and they deny you have ever been involved with them just print out every mail sent to and from them in the past and when interviewed take it with you.

I doubt any email would hold up legally but if you have as many emails as you say it may show you were involved in the company and what you did for them.

From your English i would guess its some communication breakdown/misunderstanding with the company you worked for.

I have appr 900 Email letters with my "employer".
    Nobody will read it.

I and my ex-employer already had read them.
Police assert that they do not have access to internet.

And you are simply very naive if you think that police are interested in helping anybody out
    Watch and listen, for example:

    • Dont Talk to Police [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6wXkI4t7nuc[/ame]
An law school professor and former criminal defense attorney tells you why you should never agree to be interviewed by the police

Has I read laws and stories of others before, I would have not told what I had already told police.
There is no sense to explain anything to police if police cannot even explain their charges to you
(it is crazy to be involved in guessing and explaining them what you are guilty/innocent in ).

And it is not misunderstanding with a company.
Had not I believed in its decency, I would not have been trapped in accepting its dismissal money used as bait.
The company is simply professional scammers

what you should do, is talk to a lawyer, dont talk to the police dont talk to anyone, you can not get advice from anyone outside your country. remember laws in russia are not the same as laws in the usa.

Your best best is to make sure you have all your emails, and talk to a lawyer and tell them whats going on.

Arrest and interrogation are made only after criminal charges were presented or imminent/certain in the nearest hours.

I was (forcefully) detained and interviewed (questioned).
The charges were never presented but since prosecution actually started and I was not not notified about its end, it formally means that pre-charges operational police tracking (Оперативно-розыскная деятельность) against me is continuing. And it doesn't have the time limit

Thanks for your answer but I already am not asking anything.
After I asked here, quite a time ago, I already consulted with law and lawyers.. And I might myself answer questions though I can't since it would constitute illegal lawyer practice.

I have other evidences and witnesses in abundance above Emails.

The basic legal principles are the same between countries.
BTW, my with ex-employer Emails are on US servers and the company that is prosecuting me is registered company in USA only as well as all its business is from servers in different countries abroad

Any international treaties, agreements and conventions override any national laws

Also, the problem is not in potential charges as such but in continuous trouble of being threatened in further prosecution and other follow-up charges. So, any separate charges are not the beginning or end of troubles. The main issue is to convince people behind all these to desist from making troubles.
And there is no other way except publicity (making their business tricks public) at least, for me

It is not the theory that matters and bothers me but its differences with real practice.
    Not that simple

If I was you. I'd move on because all this is going to do is eat you up and take over your life. My advice, chalk it down as a loss and move on.

I really don't understand why you were arrested & why cops kept an eye on you..what charges they put on you...Is it because of money you got from that company or because you worked for them.
Anyways, I don't know your country loaw
But Captcha cracking works are illegal work in many company...Captcha works are meant to crack security of company, to steal login details,Credit cards, imp files etc etc.
If you worked for such company it's better to give up & move on...if such work is illegal in your country too...you are giving them (police)evidence against you.
Don't accept you worked for a some company which r involved in illegal stuff...Make some good excuse and talk to your Lawyer first.
There are people that watch things happen, people that make things happen and people that wonder what the hell just happened.
